Who backs it
Alpine Investors, a private equity firm, has backed Apex since 2019 and completed a $3.4 billion continuation transaction for it in October 2023. In May 2026, funds managed by Apollo agreed to buy a minority stake, expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
